These Terms govern your use of Lavi AI Marketing CRM (the "Service") at crm.lavit.io. By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Lavi AI Marketing CRM is an AI-assisted outbound CRM that helps you research leads, draft outreach, send approved messages from your own connected email account, and track replies. Features depend on your configuration and may change over time.
You sign in with Google. New accounts may require approval before access is granted. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your access secure. You must be authorized to act for the business you represent in the Service.
When you connect your mailbox, outreach is sent from your own email account, as you; you are the sender of record and are solely responsible for the messages you approve and send. You agree to:
We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
Your use of Gmail through the Service is also subject to Google's terms. Our handling of data obtained via Google APIs is described in our Privacy Policy and adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
You retain ownership of the data and content you provide. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate and provide the Service to you. You are responsible for the legality of your content and recipient lists.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee deliverability, uninterrupted operation, or specific results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lavi will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service.
You may stop using the Service at any time and disconnect your mailbox from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or as required by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and the competent courts of Israel will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
